Steve Su focuses his practice on obtaining and enforcing intellectual property rights in the tech industry, specifically concerning computer software, artificial intelligence, machine learning, telecommunication, computer networks, medical devices, Internet of Things and semiconductors. He develops invalidity and non-infringement positions, conducts fact discovery and drafts submissions in connection with post-grant proceedings and district court cases. His skillset also includes prosecuting patent applications, conducting IP due diligence and patent clearance search in those fields.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Su was an associate at another law firm in New York, where he worked on matters involving patent and trademark prosecution and IP due diligence.
