Stephanie Teuber focuses her practice on internal corporate investigations, government enforcement actions, and complex commercial and securities litigation. She has represented clients in both civil and criminal matters before the U.S. Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission and other regulatory agencies. 

Ms. Teuber clerked for the Honorable John J. Tuchi of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. While pursuing her legal education, Ms. Teuber was an articles editor for the UCLA Law Review and a managing editor for the UCLA Journal of Environmental Law and Policy.
