Stephanie Odigie focuses her practice on securities enforcement, compliance and regulatory matters. She advises banks, securities exchanges, and other financial institutions on a broad range of regulatory issues. 

Before joining the firm, Ms. Odigie was an associate at a leading international law firm where her practice focused on regulatory and compliance matters for large financial institutions. She previously worked as a legal secondee at Bank of America in its Regulatory Reform Group where she advised the regulatory team on a variety of regulatory and derivatives requirements under the U.S. laws and regulations. Ms. Odigie maintains an active pro bono practice focused on asylum and civil liberties matters.
