Spencer Todd represents clients in complex litigation matters. He began his career at WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2016. Prior to rejoining the firm, Mr. Todd clerked for the Honorable Paul Engelmayer of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York and for the Honorable Paul Watford of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. 

At Yale Law School, Mr. Todd was a student director of the Supreme Court Advocacy Clinic and a Coker Teaching Fellow in contracts. He was a legal intern in the Criminal Division of the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. Before law school, he also worked as a legal analyst for a global disputes and investigations law firm in New York.
