Skyler Dykes focuses her practice on complex transactional and tax-related matters. She joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2024 and returned as an associate in 2025.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dykes served as a legal intern with the Arts and Business Council of Greater Boston, where she drafted legal memoranda on exempt organization and estate planning, as well as governing documents for cultural organizations seeking to gain tax-exempt status. During law school, Ms. Dykes was a student attorney for the Washington University Low Income Taxpayer Clinic. In this role, she assisted low-income taxpayers with IRS disputes.
