As Chief Technology Officer, Shilpa Krishnappa leads WilmerHale's technology strategy and operations, overseeing enterprise platforms, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and digital workplace services across the firm.

Ms. Krishnappa brings more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise technology and large-scale transformation initiatives in highly regulated, global environments. At WilmerHale, she focuses on strengthening core technology capabilities, advancing platform modernization, and enabling innovation to support the firm's attorneys and clients. 

Before joining WilmerHale, Ms. Krishnappa spent over two decades at McKinsey & Company, where she held senior leadership roles overseeing secure, mission critical technology platforms and driving enterprise-wide transformation. She partnered closely with senior leaders to enhance operational resilience, modernize infrastructure, and enable the responsible adoption of emerging technologies, including AI.
