  • Representing an investor in an UNCITRAL arbitration against Montenegro relating to the violation of the fair and equitable treatment standard and indirect expropriation of investments.
  • Representing the former promoters of a leading Indian adhesive tape manufacturing company in a SIAC arbitration against Canadian and Mauritian entities relating to two share purchase agreements.
