Shanelle Doher is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional matters. She joined WilmerHale in 2023.

Ms. Doher has served as a judicial intern with the Supreme Court of Virginia, working in the Office of the Chief Staff Attorney. Ms. Doher also worked as a summer associate for another large law firm. Based in the San Francisco area, she focused on intellectual property matters for biotechnology clients. During law school, she published the article “Silencing Students: How Courts Have Failed to Protect Professional Students and Their First Amendment Speech Rights,” and she completed an externship with the Hon. Christopher B. Russell of the Rockbridge County Circuit Court.
