Senior Associate
Semira Nikou represents US and international clients in a broad range of international economic regulation and trade policy matters. Her practice focuses on advising clients in connection with WTO litigation, market access and compliance with US economic sanctions, the Export Administration Regulations and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Nikou worked as a special assistant general counsel at the US Mission to the WTO and a law clerk at the Office of the US Trade Representative. She also worked at the US Institute of Peace prior to pursuing her law degree.
