Scott Greene focuses his practice on complex intellectual property matters at the trial and appellate levels.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Greene was a law clerk for the Honorable Pauline Newman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Previously, Mr. Greene was an associate in the patent litigation group of another law firm in New York. Before obtaining his law degree, Mr. Greene was a legal intern at the Institute of International Education in New York, and a process chemistry intern at Merck & Co. While at Wesleyan University, Mr. Greene conducted several years of organic chemistry research focusing on natural product total synthesis and asymmetric organocatalysis. 

Mr. Greene is a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Association and the New York Intellectual Property Law Association.
