Scott Forman focuses his practice on IP licensing and technology transactions for clients in the life sciences and technology industries. Mr. Forman has a deep background in IP matters, including counseling, patent and trademark litigation, and post-grant proceedings. Mr. Forman has advised entities ranging from startups, to global corporations, to universities, across an array of sectors including the biotechnology, chemical, pharmaceutical, software, and semiconductor fields.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Forman was an associate at two other law firms where he advised on IP counseling and transactional matters, and litigated IP disputes. Mr. Forman has an active pro bono practice, including representing clients in unemployment insurance proceedings.
