Samuel Koh is a senior associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department and is a member of the International Arbitration Practice Group. Mr. Koh acts for clients in a range of complex international commercial disputes, and has experience in arbitrations conducted under a variety of institutional and ad hoc rules (including the ICC, LCIA, SIAC and UNCITRAL Rules). 

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Koh was an Associate Director at a leading dispute resolution firm in Singapore, where he appeared before the Singapore Courts and arbitral tribunals in commercial dispute matters. He was formerly a Justices’ Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Singapore, and has also been appointed Young Amicus Curiae in an appeal before the Singapore High Court that raised novel issues of criminal procedure.
