Dr. Samed Sahin is an associate in the firm’s Antitrust and Competition Practice Group. He advises domestic and international clients on German and EU antitrust law as well as foreign trade law, including the screening of foreign direct investments.

Dr. Sahin publishes and speaks frequently on aspects of international trade law. He is a member of the International Society of Public Law (ICONS, New York), the European Society of International Law (ESIL, Florence) and the Forum Investitionsprüfung (Berlin).
