Ryan Lombardo is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a wide range of corporate law matters. Prior to joining the firm, he was a corporate associate at a New York-based firm where he represented lenders and borrowers in private and public securities offerings and secured loan financings. Previously, he was summer associate in Washington DC focusing on corporate and financial transactions and a summer clerk for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington DC. 

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lombardo was a trade desk associate for The Bank of New York Mellon where he worked with institutional clients to execute transactions in a wide range of financial products.
