Ryan Klima focuses his practice on a wide variety of electrical and computer technologies. Mr. Klima has patent experience in machine learning, computer architecture, cloud computing, cryptography, databases, search engines, predictive analytics, robotics, connected security systems and home automation, consumer electronics devices, user interfaces and human-computer interaction, speech and object recognition, display technology, computer networking, wireless communications, Internet advertising, and e-commerce.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Klima worked as an associate for another firm in Washington DC. While attending law school, Mr. Klima externed for the College of William & Mary’s Technology Transfer Office. In this role, he performed patentability analysis, drafted patent applications, performed prior art searches, and drafted office action responses for a diverse range of technologies.
