Roma Gujarathi represents clients in a variety of complex litigation matters with a focus on privacy and consumer protection. Her experience includes representing clients in regulators’ privacy inquiries and assisting clients with TCPA, VPPA and BIPA compliance. She also has experience working with financial institutions, responding to NORA and PARR investigations by the CFPB, on various consumer protection matters. Ms. Gujarathi is an active contributor to the firm’s Privacy and Cybersecurity blog, where she covers developments in areas such as international and U.S. state data regulations, FTC enforcement actions and emerging AI trends.

Ms. Gujarathi began her career at WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2021. While in law school, she served as a research assistant for Professor Reena Parikh and a teaching assistant for Professor Jennifer Behr’s legal research and writing course. She was also a student attorney with her law school’s COVID Relief Housing Clinic and a co-op student at AARP Legal Counsel for the Elderly.
