Robert Stiller is an intellectual property litigator who focuses on intellectual property matters for clients in a broad range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, computer software and electronics.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Stiller was a law clerk for the Honorable Alan Lourie of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Previously, he was an associate at another law firm where he focused on patent prosecution and strategy.

Before his legal career, Mr. Stiller worked as an engineer in the semiconductor industry.
