Rob Isham

Rob Isham is a corporate lawyer who focuses on secured and unsecured syndicated financings, acquisition financings, private equity and sponsor financings, work-outs and debt restructurings and other finance transactions. Mr. Isham's commercial law experience includes analyses of the UCC, with a focus on attachment and perfection under Article 9, to the developing fields of blockchain, distributed ledger technology (DLT), cryptocurrency, digital currency, virtual currency, digital assets and tokenized assets.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Isham was an associate in the Global Finance Group of an international law firm in Chicago, where he represented lenders, borrowers, placement agents and issuers on a wide range of leveraged finance and structured finance transactions.
