Ripley Shiarella focuses her practice on complex securities enforcement and litigation matters. She has experience representing issuers in securities class action litigation, derivative litigation, mergers and acquisition litigation and other novel corporate disputes. Ms. Shiarella also has experience counseling clients facing internal and regulatory investigations.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Shiarella was an associate at another international law firm in New York. During law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Mark Falk of the US District Court for the District of New Jersey.
