For over thirty years, Dick Innis's practice concentrated on civil litigation. Mr. Innis's experience in corporate and personal litigation include product liability, antitrust, securities, trade secrets, unfair competition, commercial, construction, professional malpractice, eminent domain, zoning, probate, domestic and criminal matters. A former chair of the firm's Executive Committee, Mr. Innis retired from active practice in 2005.
