- Chief Information Officer
As Chief Information Officer (CIO), Rich Taylor leads WilmerHale’s Information Services Department, overseeing the firm’s global technology strategy and operations. His responsibilities include information technology and security, innovation and artificial intelligence strategy and delivery, data analytics, process automation, information governance, records management, project management, business relationship management, research and library services, contract administration, procurement, and technology training across the firm’s international offices.
Mr. Taylor has more than 16 years of experience in legal technology leadership, overseeing enterprise-level IT projects focused on efficiency, security, and client service for the firm. He was the recipient of the 2015 International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) award for “IT Professional of the Year.” At WilmerHale, he focuses on driving innovation, strengthening cybersecurity, and leveraging data-driven solutions to support the firm’s attorneys and clients.
Before joining WilmerHale, Mr. Taylor held senior technology leadership roles at Accenture, focusing on spearheaded modernization initiatives in the government, identify management, and international border management sectors.
