
Rebecca Pritzker
Associate
Rebecca Pritzker focuses her practice on complex securities enforcement and litigation matters. She began her career at the firm as a summer associate in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pritzker was an extern in the Criminal Division of the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, where she worked on a variety of criminal cases. She also worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Paul Wilson of the Massachusetts Superior Court.
Prior to law school, Ms. Pritzker was the director of relations with the Upstander Initiative and taught Philadelphia-area high school students about the Holocaust, social awareness and taking action against injustice.
