Rebecca (Becky) Darin Goldberg focuses her practice on government and internal investigations, regulatory enforcement matters and complex litigation matters.

Ms. Goldberg also has experience advising clients on sports betting issues. Ms. Goldberg maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on reproductive rights. Prior to joining the firm, she was a law clerk for the Honorable Kimba M. Wood of the Southern District of New York and the Honorable Michael J. Garcia of the New York Court of Appeals. During law school, Ms. Goldberg was an extern for the Queens District Attorney’s Office Domestic Violence Bureau, the Criminal Division of the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and the Center for the Advancement of Public Integrity. Before attending law school, Ms. Goldberg was a New York City Urban Fellow through which she worked on policy at the NYPD.  She also was an Investigative Analyst in the Rackets Bureau at the New York County District Attorney’s Office.
