Rachel Mendelson focuses her practice on securities enforcement and litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mendelson was an associate at a DC-based firm, where she represented individuals and companies in a range of government investigations and enforcement actions across various industry sectors. 

During law school, Ms. Mendelson served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Colleen Kollar-Kotelly at the US District Court for the District of Columbia. Prior to attending law school, she held several accounting positions, both in-house and as an external auditor.
