Rachel Gargiulo has a diverse litigation practice with an emphasis on securities litigation and complex commercial disputes. She also has experience defending clients in internal corporate and government investigations. Ms. Gargiulo maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing her efforts on representing prisoners.

Ms. Gargiulo began her career at the firm as a summer associate in 2013. Prior to rejoining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Allison Burroughs of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. 

While obtaining her law degree, Ms. Gargiulo also earned a Master of Bioethics from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
