Rachel Craft represents clients in white collar matters and complex litigation matters involving securities and internal investigations. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Eric N. Vitaliano of the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York and was a litigation associate at another law firm in New York. Ms. Craft’s experience includes representing companies and individuals in internal investigations and criminal matters and companies and investors in securities litigation and arbitration matters, as well as various pro bono matters in federal courts.
