Preston Marquis counsels clients in a broad range of defense, cybersecurity and national security matters. He began his career at WilmerHale as a summer associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office. 

Prior to law school, Mr. Marquis worked for over five years at the Central Intelligence Agency as an intelligence analyst and briefer. During law school, he wrote for the national security legal publication Lawfare and interned with the US Department of Justice in the National Security Division and the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia.
