Nickolas Andreacchi is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional matters. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Andreacchi was a summer law clerk at another firm in New York, where he assisted with preparing US SEC filings, drafted corporate governance forms and revised documents relating to buy-side M&A. He was also a legal intern for Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, where he assisted with addressing various corporate governance matters.
