
Natan Tubman
Senior Associate
Natan Tubman represents clients in a broad range of international economic regulation and trade policy matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tubman was an associate for a national law firm in Washington DC, where he advised on trade policy and compliance, trade remedies proceedings, and international and commercial arbitration matters. He has represented clients before the US Department of Commerce (DOC), the International Trade Commission, the US Court of International Trade, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, USMCA panels, the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, the Office of Foreign Assets Control, and Customs and Border Protection. Mr. Tubman previously served as an attorney-advisor in the DOC’s Office of the Chief Counsel for Trade Enforcement and Compliance.
During law school, Mr. Tubman worked as a law clerk for a boutique international law firm in Seattle, Washington, and at the DOC. He was a legal intern for the Federal Trade Commission and in the Office of the US Trade Representative.
