Nare Aleksanyan focuses her practice on transactional and corporate matters, including venture capital and debt financings, general corporate matters, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Aleksanyan was an associate at a law firm in Honolulu, where she worked on complex real estate-related investments and transactions, and general corporate matters. She was also previously a part of the Corporate Practice Group of a prominent global law firm in San Francisco, where she worked on a variety of transactions, including venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions.

Outside of work, Ms. Aleksanyan is a mentor at Blue Startups Accelerator. Prior to joining WilmerHale, she also founded the Hawaii chapter of Girls in Tech and served as its inaugural Managing Director. She was also part of the inaugural cohort of the XLR8HI preX program.
