Nancy Stephen focuses her practice on complex antitrust and competition matters. She is also a member of the firm’s Artificial Intelligence Working Group. Ms. Stephen was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2021 and prior to her rejoining the firm, she externed for the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice (DOJ). While at the DOJ, she specialized in antitrust matters relating to the information technology, energy, agriculture, and transportation industries. She has also previously worked for two years as a government regulation paralegal.
