Molly McDonald focuses her practice on matters related to antitrust and competition law, including complex litigation and class actions, government investigations, and merger review. She has experience representing both defendant and plaintiff sides of large-scale antitrust matters primarily related to price-fixing cartels and alleged conspiracies in violation of the Sherman Act. She was previously an antitrust associate at another law firm in Washington, DC.

After law school, Ms. McDonald clerked for the Honorable Liam O’Grady of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Prior to law school, she was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of an award-winning historic preservation consulting firm. 

Ms. McDonald is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Section.
