Miranda Elvidge is a counsel in the Litigation/Controversy Department and a member of the International Arbitration Practice Group. Miranda is qualified in England and Wales, and acts for a range of clients in complex international disputes, with experience in arbitrations conducted under various institutional rules (including the LCIA, SIAC and ICC rules). Miranda has particular experience in cross-border disputes across a variety of industries, including oil and gas (including price review disputes), construction, renewables, aviation, and technology. She has acted in arbitrations governed by a variety of laws including English law, Hong Kong law and Singapore law.

In addition to her international arbitration practice, Miranda also acts for clients in commercial litigation before the English courts and in court proceedings related to arbitration.  Miranda has gained her Higher Rights of Audience and is a qualified Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Courts Civil Proceedings). 

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Miranda was an associate at an international firm based in Singapore, specializing in international arbitration.
