Michelle Silva provides strategic counsel to clients responding to high-profile corporate crises and advises on government investigations and congressional oversight. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Silva was a litigation associate at another international law firm. While pursuing her legal education, she served as a legal intern in the Complex Frauds and Cybercrime Unit and Narcotics Unit of the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York and volunteered in Columbia Law School’s Immigrant Rights Clinic. Prior to law school, she worked as a public policy specialist for congressional investigations at an international law firm in Washington DC, an office coordinator for the National Immigration Law Center and an intern for Latino affairs and immigration in the Office of Public Engagement at the White House.
