Michael Lenzi is a labor and employment lawyer who guides clients through local, state, national and international employment laws and regulation issues. Mr. Lenzi provides strategic advice on employment law compliance issues, COVID-19 response plans, labor laws, employment agreements, severance agreements, and other employment aspects of business transactions. His clients rely on his knowledge and experience to successfully guide them through the challenging and dynamic employment law and regulation issues they often face. Mr. Lenzi’s clients include those in the financial services, technology, biopharmaceutical, healthcare and manufacturing industries.

Mr. Lenzi was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lenzi was a judicial intern for the Honorable Jeannie Hong of the Baltimore City Circuit Court. He graduated third in his class from American University Washington College of Law. Before obtaining his law degree, Mr. Lenzi was an English teacher at high schools in Maryland, Massachusetts and Connecticut.
