Meredith Loretta

Meredith Loretta focuses her practice on complex securities enforcement and litigation matters, as well as other large-scale investigations. She was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2016 and assisted on matters including congressional investigations, data security, law enforcement pattern and practice investigations, university student free speech, guardian ad litem pro bono representation, and construction litigation.

Prior to rejoining the firm, Ms. Loretta clerked for the Honorable Chief Judge Rebecca Beach Smith. While completing her legal education, she was an employment, civil rights and labor policy intern for the Office of Chief Counsel in the US Department of Homeland Security’s Transportation Security Administration.

Before law school, Ms. Loretta served as a middle school mathematics teacher for Teach for America in New Orleans and was a summer intern for the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute.
