Meredith Loretta Davis focuses her practice on complex securities enforcement matters, as well as other large-scale investigations. Her clients have included banks and other financial institutions, accounting firms, large technology companies and higher education institutions. She focuses her pro bono practice on education and veteran services. For the last three years, Ms. Loretta has worked on the firm’s efforts in the annual Legal Aid Making Justice Real Campaign in support of Legal Aid DC.

Ms. Loretta was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2016 and assisted on matters including congressional investigations, data security, law enforcement pattern and practice investigations, university student free speech, guardian ad litem pro bono representation, and construction litigation.

Prior to rejoining the firm, Ms. Loretta clerked for the Honorable Chief Judge Rebecca Beach Smith in the Eastern District of Virginia. While completing her legal education, she was an employment, civil rights and labor policy intern for the Office of Chief Counsel in the Transportation Security Administration. Before law school, Ms. Loretta served as a middle school mathematics teacher in New Orleans and was a summer intern for the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute.
