Melissa McCall focuses her practice on complex litigation matters. She first joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. McCall was an advanced clinical student in the Samuelson Law, Technology and Public Policy Clinic at Berkeley Law. She worked for five years as a graduate student instructor in the University of California, Berkeley, Department of Legal Studies. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Mariano-Florentino Cuéllar of the California Supreme Court, as a research assistant to various professors at Berkeley Law and Sciences Po, and as an affiliated researcher in Berkeley Law’s Culture, Diversity and Intergroup Relations Lab. Ms. McCall is a PhD candidate in Jurisprudence and Social Policy at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.
