Matthew D. Sieger focuses his practice on complex litigation matters, particularly intellectual property disputes. His work spans patent, trade secret and related antitrust matters in US district courts, ITC Section 337 investigations, inter partes review proceedings, arbitration and appeals. Mr. Sieger has represented clients across diverse technical fields, including autonomous driving systems and simulations for training neural networks, home and IoT security systems, streaming and video platforms, internet advertising, 3D scanning and rendering, drug delivery devices, pharmaceuticals, robotic surgical instruments, and e‑vapor devices.

Before joining WilmerHale, Mr. Sieger was an intellectual property litigator at other international law firms, where he handled all phases of complex IP litigation and related proceedings, from pre‑suit diligence through trial and appeal.
