Matt Kosior is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional matters including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, registered direct offerings, investment grade debt offerings, PIPEs and ATM offerings. He also regularly advises public companies on general corporate matters including SEC reporting and corporate governance. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Kosior was an associate at a global law firm in New York, where he represented private and public company clients primarily in capital markets transactions.

During law school, Mr. Kosior was a legal intern for the Securities and Exchange Commission Division of Corporation Finance. He also completed a legal internship with a pharmaceutical company and served as a legal extern for the Finance Industry Regulatory Authority Enforcement Division (FINRA).
