Mary Witzel is an intellectual property lawyer who focuses her practice on trademark prosecution, enforcement and portfolio management. She has represented clients across a variety of industries, including consumer retail, financial services and life sciences. Ms. Witzel draws on over 10 years of experience in the intellectual property field to provide strategic IP advice to clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Witzel worked as a trademark special projects lawyer at another global law firm, as a government contractor specializing in trademark law at the US Department of Homeland Security, and as a senior associate at a northern Virginia law firm where she handled an array of intellectual property enforcement, prosecution and litigation matters.
