Mary Pheng
Counsel
Mary Pheng guides clients through all stages of technology and intellectual property licensing and litigation. She has represented clients in a variety of forums, including state and US district courts, US courts of appeal, the United States International Trade Commission, American and international arbitration tribunals. Ms. Pheng has also counseled clients and assisted with matters before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Ms. Pheng has experience working with a broad range of products and technologies, including face and voice recognition, machine learning, data encryption, software, semiconductor, smartphone applications, medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Ms. Pheng’s practice also includes assisting clients in protecting copyright and trademark assets through licensing, prosecution and litigation.
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Pheng was an associate at a national law firm. She previously served as co-chair of a diversity clerkship program serving the Twin Cities and was involved with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.
