Mark Kim
Associate
Mark Kim counsels clients on international trade laws and regulations. His practice focuses on trade policy, international agreements, and antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings. Mr. Kim’s practice also includes advising companies on matters related to custom regulations administered by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), sanctions administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and export controls administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS).
Mr. Kim maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on international human rights issues. While in law school, Mr. Kim externed at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR), where he worked on disputes before the World Trade Organization (WTO). He was also a research assistant to Professor Robert Howse and a civil litigation extern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York (SDNY).
