Margaux Malasky focuses on complex litigation, and securities litigation and enforcement matters. She was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale, where she drafted memoranda regarding securities fraud, litigation privilege and various intellectual property matters. 

In 2018, Ms. Malasky served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Scott Kafker of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. While there, she assisted with drafting opinions, conducted legal research, and reviewed applications for further appellate review. Previously, Ms. Malasky worked at the Boston College Innocence Clinic, was a judicial intern to the Honorable Donald L. Cabell of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts, held an internship at Pine Tree Legal Assistance, and served as a policy and research intern in the Office of the Chief of Human Capital Office at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
