Maja Tosic focuses her practice on complex litigation. She joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2020.

After law school, Ms. Tosic served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Jonker of the US District Court for the Western District of Michigan. She also completed an externship with the Honorable Christina A. Snyder of the US District Court for the Central District of California while in law school. During her legal studies, Ms. Tosic served as a legal writing fellow, as a well as a teaching assistant to Professor Peter Johnson and research assistant to Professor Susan Estrich at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
