Lukas von Brasch has been working as a lawyer in the field of regulatory and government affairs since 2024. He advises international and national companies as well as public authorities and institutions primarily on issues of European and German administrative, constitutional and competition law as well as in the field of European public commercial law. His main focus is on litigation before the European Court of Justice and the General Court in Luxembourg.

Before joining WilmerHale, Mr. von Brasch worked as a Blue Book trainee in the Legal Service of the Commission and subsequently completed his legal clerkship in the cabinet of the German Advocate General at the Court of Justice of the European Union, at the German Federal Foreign Office and at a leading international law firm.

Mr. von Brasch studied law at the University of Heidelberg, the Università degli Studi di Roma Tre and at the College of Europe in Bruges, where he completed the LLM program with a focus on EU law.
