Lucyanna Burke is an associate who represents clients in investigations and complex litigation matters. She was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale.

Ms. Burke will serve as a law clerk to the Honorable Bruce M. Selya of the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit from 2022–2023. She was previously a student attorney for the Federal Appellate Litigation Clinic at University of Michigan Law School, where she represented federal criminal defendants on appeal, including arguing before the Sixth Circuit and drafting a petition for writ of certiorari to the US Supreme Court. Additionally, Ms. Burke was a voter protection fellow for the ACLU of Michigan Voting Coalition and interned for the Honorable Amit P. Mehta of the US District Court for the District of Columbia. Prior to law school, she worked for Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey in the Fair Labor Division and at the Volunteer Lawyers Project in Boston.
