Lucyanna Burke represents clients in government investigations and complex litigation matters. She previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Bruce M. Selya of the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. 

During law school, Ms. Burke represented federal criminal defendants on appeal as a student attorney, including arguing before the Sixth Circuit and drafting a petition for writ of certiorari to the US Supreme Court. Ms. Burke also interned for the Honorable Amit P. Mehta of the US District Court for the District of Columbia. Prior to law school, Ms. Burke worked for Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey in the Fair Labor Division and at the Volunteer Lawyers Project in Boston.
