Lucyanna Burke focuses her practice on government investigations, complex litigation, and regulatory compliance matters. Ms. Burke has experience representing financial institutions in civil and criminal investigations and in enforcement actions, including in matters related to anti-money laundering and fraud.

Ms. Burke previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Bruce M. Selya of the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. During law school, she represented federal criminal defendants on appeal as a student attorney, including arguing before the Sixth Circuit and drafting a petition for writ of certiorari to the US Supreme Court. Ms. Burke also interned for the Honorable Amit P. Mehta of the US District Court for the District of Columbia. Prior to law school, Ms. Burke worked for the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office in the Fair Labor Division and at the Volunteer Lawyers Project in Boston.
