Lucas Fortier represents clients facing complex litigation matters across various areas of law, including appellate, commercial, intellectual property, and securities litigation. He is currently representing several companies in defending against claims of patent infringement in multiple federal district courts. He also has represented several large companies in various government investigations. His pro bono experience includes housing and immigration matters, drafting a Seventh Circuit amicus brief related to reproductive health care, and representing a proposed class of individuals and families suing a Massachusetts state agency for alleged due process violations. Mr. Fortier clerked for the Honorable Sandra L. Lynch of the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and for the Honorable Nathaniel M. Gorton of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
