Lily Sawyer focuses her practice on complex litigation matters. She was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2020. Before rejoining the firm, Ms. Sawyer served as a legal intern for the Trial Division of the Federal Public Defender for the District of Columbia.

During law school, Ms. Sawyer worked as a research assistant at the Georgetown University Law Center, where she conducted research on privacy, technology and the Fourth Amendment. She was previously a law fellow on the United States Senate Judiciary Committee for Senator Sheldon Whitehouse. Ms. Sawyer also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Allison D. Burroughs of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Before law school, she worked as a litigation case assistant at another law firm in Boston.
