Leonie Liebenwein is an associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department and is a member of the International Arbitration Practice Group. Ms. Liebenwein’s practice focuses on advising and representing clients in complex commercial and investment-treaty arbitrations. Ms. Liebenwein has gained experience as counsel and as tribunal secretary under various rules, including VIAC, ICC and ICSID. 

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Liebenwein was a research and teaching assistant specializing in international commercial arbitration at the Department of Civil Procedure Law at the University of Vienna.
