Leah B. Segal

Leah Segal is a senior associate who focuses her practice on complex tax matters. Her experience includes advising clients on tax and executive compensation matters in connection with various corporate transactions, including buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, financings, offerings, and entity formations and conversions. Her practice also includes providing ongoing counseling to privately held and publicly traded clients with respect to tax and compensation matters. Ms. Segal has experience working with nonprofit organizations as well, from initial organization to obtaining and maintaining tax-exempt status.

While in law school, Ms. Segal served as executive editor for the Boston University Law Review and as a writing fellow for the first year writing program. Before attending law school, she was a project coordinator at the Harvard School of Public Health, and previously, an associate with a Massachusetts-based boutique strategy consulting firm in the high-tech communications industry.
